We ship our products only from France.
2. Processing times
Once your order is confirmed, processing usually takes between 1-2 business days. We will inform you by e-mail once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping methods
We offer several shipping options:
Standard: Delivery in 1-5 working days.
Express: Delivery in 1-3 business days (additional charges may apply).
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of validation of your order and depend on the chosen shipping method and your delivery address. A minimum amount of 3.00 euros may apply for some methods.
5. Order tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package in real time.
6. Delivery delays
Although we do our best to meet delivery times, delays may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, strikes or customs delays. We cannot be held responsible for these delays.
